From toddlers to teens, Yvette teaches Yoga to children of all ages in schools and studios across Melbourne. She believes that a Yoga practice incorporating traditional Yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided meditation can be enormously beneficial for children and teens, helping them maintain physical, mental and emotional health in their increasingly busy lives.
Yvette's classes help to enhance each child's wellbeing, supporting them to develop strength, flexibility and self-awareness, increase their confidence, resilience, self-esteem and powers of concentration, and reduce the impacts of stress and anxiety. Her classes also provide an opportunity for students to take a step back from the hectic pace of their lives, enabling them to completely relax in a secure and nurturing environment.
