Our Yoga Classes
Yoga classes at the centre are conducted in the spacious, well lit, carpeted room. We make sure that the temperature in the room is a comfortable 20-23 degrees.
Our class styles vary from gentle restorative classes to a slow flow vinyasa practices and adjusted to your individual needs.
Whether you are a busy mum or you work full-time, there is always a class for you. We run classes 7 days a week with the choice of morning, night and weekend classes. Please refer to our Class Schedule page for an updated class schedule.

We offer a Gentle Yoga for 55+ classes specifically designed people with limited abilities, who have major health issues that prevent them from participation in other yoga classes. Please refer to the Gentle Yoga for 55+ page, if you have stiff and swollen joints, limited mobility, muscle tightness, difficulties in balance and stability, recover from surgery.
Our students often describe our yoga classes as a moving meditation. Each class comprises of a combination of yoga postures with the elements of Qi-Gong and Pranayama (breathing techniques). The postures vary from class to class and we guide you through from the beginning to the end of every session. Our yoga postures modified to suit absolute beginners and challenge experienced students.
Each class finishes with Pranayama (breath work) and 10-minute guided relaxation.
