The definition of Bandhas
How to perform 3 major and 4 minor Bandhas
How to build your core strength effortlessly by engaging Bandhas
How to prevent injuries by implementing Bandhas in your everyday yoga practice
How to integrate Bandhas in yoga postures and other practices and observe their effects and benefits
The Workshop will finish with delicious Yoga Nidra (guided physical relaxation). Suitable for everyone
