2-hour Exploration Workshop

The Magic of Bandhas:
Ancient Technique to Enhance Your Practice​

  • reduce or alleviate chronic joints and muscles pain

Then please join our Founder and Principal yoga teacher Alla Selisher in the discovery and exploration of Bandhas, the energetic locks. It will transform your yoga practice and improve your health.

​In this interactive workshop, you will learn:
  • The definition of Bandhas
  • How to perform 3 major and 4 minor Bandhas
  • How to build your core strength effortlessly by engaging Bandhas
  • How to prevent injuries by implementing Bandhas in your everyday yoga practice
  • How to integrate Bandhas in yoga postures and other practices and observe their effects and benefits
The Workshop will finish with delicious Yoga Nidra (guided physical relaxation).
