This interactive workshop is suitable for everyone and will be particularly helpful for those with spinal ailments and/or back injuries.

In a non-judgmental and supportive environment, we will examine every pose and we will provide you with individual guidance and assistance.



​Have you ever asked yourself...

- What is the safe range of movement for my body?
- How can I practice yoga if I am not flexible?
- How can I practice yoga if I am too flexible?
- How to use the props?
- How to know if I am doing the pose correctly?
- How to adjust the pose if I have pain/injury/limitations?
 
These are the types of questions will be answered for you during the upcoming 2 hour interactive yoga workshop. This is a second workshop in the series and is not to be missed!

You will learn:
- how to adjust yoga poses to suit your body
- how to safely stretch and/or strengthen your muscles to improve your joints mobility
- how to understand your body limitations to prevent injuries
- how to use props to assist you in your yoga practice

This time we will focus on the following:
- Spinal alignment to prevent back injuries
- Core stability and its strength
- Spinal flexibility and limitations
