Contract Agreement:
I understand that I will be billed just for $2 for the first two weeks and I will be billed my agreed weekly fee after the two-week trial finishes, unless I give prior email notice to info@avirityogastudio.com.au that I do not wish to continue practicing. If I do not give notice to cancel the trial I may cancel the ongoing program after the committed period with two week’s written notice.

Details of how the Direct Debit works after the 2 weeks trial period:
1.  After the two week trial finishes, your nominated account will be debited fortnightly. 
2.  At any time, the direct debit can be upgraded or downgraded.
3.  With the Direct Debit system, you are welcome to suspend your pass if you are going on holiday, travelling for business or unable to practice due to serious illness or injury.
4. The suspension can be for a period between 2 and 4 weeks, as long as the minimum period of 4 weeks is observed.
5. Several days’ notice by email prior to the suspension date is required (so we can activate in time).
6. Direct debit cannot be suspended while classes are being made up.
7. Direct debit payments renew automatically each fortnight, until you notify the studio that you wish to pause your pass by giving 2 weeks written notice.
