Who can participate in Live Online Classes?
The classes are suitable for everyone. The teacher will give suggestions to modify postures for different levels of experience in yoga. Since you practice in the comfort of your own home, you can also adjust the practice to your own liking. The style will vary from class to class.
Flow Yoga is an invigorating challenging flow of yoga poses coupled with breathwork. The intelligent and creative sequence of yoga poses vary from class to class. This style intends to strengthen your body, release toxins, improve stamina and body balance. It is suitable for students with reasonable experience in yoga, wishing to deepen their practice.
Uplifting Yoga is an energising yoga practice comprises of a fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles. This style aims for myofascial release to improve circulation and to reduce tension. The practice is as invigorating, as it is healing. It is suitable for students with some experience in yoga, regardless of age
Foundation Yoga is a grounding, well-rounded practice suitable for all levels of experience. The class comprises of a steady hold of the traditional yoga postures coupled with the natural flow of the breath makes this practice accessible to everyone. Each class will surprise you with new poses. Detailed explanations are given to the poses, variations and adjustments are offered to every individual.
Restorative Yoga is a relaxing practice with an emphasis on restoring energy and heal the mind body. This style involves holding gentle poses, which allows your body to soften and relax. This practice is suitable for all levels of experience and especially beneficial to those who have a stressful life style or recovering from injuries.
Traditional Yoga delivered in a simple way incorporating many traditional Asanas with variations, Kriyas, Mudras, Mantras, Kundalini and Chakra Healing, Tibetan Bowls, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Relaxation practices. It will challenge you physically and mentally, triggering healing of the body and deep relaxation.
Live Online Yoga Class designed to practice at home and matches the in-studio class description. Must be booked at least 2 hours before the class starts to receive an email with the link to join in.
