how often should i practice yoga?
You can practice as often as you like, but you will see great benefits from practicing 2-3 times per week.
how to book my first class?

i had injury, is it safe to practice yoga?
Yes, our teachers are highly qualified and they will be able to suggest the variations to suit your abilities. The best class is Gentle, as it is specifically designed for people with injuries. Please speak to the teacher about your injuries before the beginning of the class and check with your doctor before joining.
can i start yoga if i am 50 or older?
Yes, we love teaching yoga for active mature adults of 50 yo and older. If you are new to yoga, please choose classes, such as Gentle or Restorative. They designed for people of any age and abilities. Our teachers are trained to adjust postures to suite everyone.
is yoga for everyone?
Yoga is suitable for all women and men, regardless of age and for children after the age of 12. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubts
i am pregnant or just had a baby, can i practice yoga?
If you are pregnant, you can practice yoga during your second trimester and for the first 2 months of your third.
You can begin your yoga practice three months after delivery of your baby. But you must get your doctor's OK before joining us. Please choose Gentle, Restorative and Foundation classes and inform the teacher that you are pregnant.
