Our Centre is open 20 minutes before every class

When you arrive at our centre, we make sure that you feel welcomed. The teacher will meet you at the reception and will show you to the yoga room. The number of students in our classes are limited, therefore attention is given to every individual. Our caring and highly experienced teachers will make sure that you will have an unforgettable experience at our centre.

There is no need to have a specific body shape, be flexible or strong to participate in our classes.

You can join any yoga class at our centre, as you will be given a variation of the postures to suit your needs.

However, if you not comfortable to join a group class than you can arrange a private 1-on-1 class.
