Yoga classes at the centre are conducted in the spacious, well lit, carpeted room. We make sure that the temperature in the room is a comfortable 20-23 degrees.
Our class styles vary from gentle restorative classes to a slow flow vinyasa practices and adjusted to your individual needs.

In addition to our adults yoga classes, we also offer children's yoga classes for children 6-10yo and 11-15yo age groups. Our students often describe our yoga classes as a moving meditation. Each class comprises of a combination of yoga postures with the elements of Qi-Gong and Pranayama (breathing techniques). The postures vary from class to class and we guide you through from the beginning to the end of every session. Our yoga postures modified to suit absolute beginners and challenge experienced students.
Each class finishes with Pranayama (breath work) and 10-minute guided relaxation.
Uplifting Yoga Uplifting yoga is an invigorating challenging fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles. The intelligent and creative sequence of yoga poses vary from class to class. This style intends to strengthen your body, release toxins, improve stamina and body balance. It is suitable for students with some experience in yoga, wishing to deepen their practice.
Foundation Yoga Foundation yoga is a grounding, well-rounded practice suitable for all levels of experience. The class comprises of a steady hold of the traditional yoga postures coupled with the natural flow of the breath makes this practice accessible to everyone. Each class will surprise you with new poses. Detailed explanations are given to the poses, variations and adjustments are offered to every individual.
Restorative Yoga Restorative yoga is a relaxing practice with an emphasis on restoring energy and heal the mind body. This style involves holding gentle poses, which allows your body to soften and relax. This practice is suitable for all levels of experience and especially beneficial to those who have a stressful life style, recovering from injuries or for mature aged people.
Yoga & Meditation Classes are delivered in a simple way incorporating many traditional Asanas with variations, Kriyas, Mudras, Mantras, Kundalini and Chakra Healing, Tibetan Bowls, Yoga Philosophy and will challenge you physically and mentally with Asanas (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing), Meditation and Relaxation practices, triggering healing of the body and deep relaxation.
Children's Yoga Children's yoga classes help to enhance each child's wellbeing, supporting them to develop strength, flexibility and self-awareness,increase their confidence, resilience, self-esteem and powers of concentration, and reduce the impacts of stress and anxiety.
